What anonymous means here, and what it does not cover
Anonymous here describes a boundary between the verification process and the site you are accessing. The relying platform does not receive your name, DOB, government-ID image, or biometric data. It receives the eligibility result for the session.
It does not mean that no identity information is processed anywhere. Age App may process identity documents and biometric signals within the verification process. Those stay inside that layer and are governed by the Privacy Policy.
That distinction is the whole product. A platform that never holds an identity record cannot lose one, and a user who never hands one over has less to lose. Data minimisation is the principle, and the session result is how it is applied.
